Their home base and training spot is the iconic Oda Field in Yoyogi Park, where they meet for weekly track sessions.

Pacer Track Club: Carrying the Torch at Tokyo's Legendary Oda Field

In April 2017, a new running crew was born in Tokyo, driven by a spirit of continuity and friendship. Pacer Track Club was founded by Hideaki and a dedicated group of runners who had been a core part of the local Nike Run Club. When Nike's official project in the city was discontinued, this passionate community refused to let their momentum fade. They decided to continue training together, and from that decision, a new, independent crew was born, carrying the torch of their shared experience forward.

A Philosophy of Fun and Faster Running

The philosophy of Pacer Track Club is to build a healthy and happy community by providing a running experience that is both enjoyable and performance-oriented. Their goal is to inspire and encourage their members at every single session. By creating a supportive and motivating environment, they help runners of all levels to find the joy in pushing their limits and the satisfaction that comes from getting faster and stronger, together.

The culture of Pacer Track Club is centered around their consistent and focused training sessions at their home base, the legendary Oda Field in Yoyogi Park. This location is a hallowed ground for Tokyo runners, serving as the perfect arena for the crew's activities. Their workouts are the anchor of their community, providing a regular opportunity for members to connect, put in the hard work, and support each other's goals.

With a warm and welcoming spirit, Pacer Track Club extends an open invitation to all. As they say, "We would like to liven up the event with many people, so please join us." For any runner in Tokyo looking for a supportive community to train with, they are encouraged to connect via their official social media channels for the latest information on their track sessions.
